  A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

  Observation. Upon inspection there were 3 loose cords in the nap room while children were in the nap room without a staff present. This is a repeat contravention.

  Corrective action. Please ensure loose cords are not accessible to children.

  Observation. Upon inspection, one staff file did not have a criminal record check.

  Corrective action. Please ensure all staff have a criminal record check obtained.

  Observation. Upon review of the children's files, one file did not contain the phone number of the medical practitioner.
