Whether a child attends full time or occasionally, it is a requirement that all child records contain the required information.   Observation. The facility did not have an emergency plan available for review during inspection. An emergency plan that sets out detailed procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency is required to ensure health and safety of children in care. Please submit an emergency plan for review by Licensing on or before August 29, 2025. There was no record of the emergency plan practice conducted in 2024. It is a requirement that the licensee keeps a record of these practices. Submit a compliance plan to address this issue on or before Aug 29, 2025. Log of play space inspections not being kept. This is important to document and ensure the ongoing monitoring of the play spaces.
