  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (b) date of enrolment in the community care facility.

  Observation. Review of 6 children's files noted 4 did not have the date of enrolment.

  Corrective action. A discussion was had with the manager.

  In respect of a record referred to in this Division, a licensee must (a) keep in a single place at the community care facility the records referred to in sections 56 to 58.

  Observation. At today's inspection the manager's file was incomplete, Licensing reviewed the manager's file at the last inspection and all documents were observed at that time.

  Corrective action. The manager understands all documents must be in a single location.
