    Observation. Staff provided a record of fire drills; however, a record of annual emergency drills has not been kept and staff confirmed that the annual drill has not been practiced.

    Corrective action. The licensee will ensure that the emergency plan is reviewed and practiced each year by both programs and a record kept.
