Observation. C3.1C - Reg 19 - Staff records were observed today missing various required documents such as evidence of first aid certification, immunization status, and evidence of qualifications. C3.1K - Reg. 22 - The facility has a record of staff implementing monthly fire drills in the Multi-Age program however the Group Child Care (School Age) program has not been implementing or recording fire drills.
