  Observation. It was observed that the licensee was not supervising all of the children at all times. It was observed that some children would leave the room that the licensee was in and be unsupervised.

  Observation. There are no records for the licencee's own child. There is no attendance record kept for the licensee's own child and no sign in and sign out as evidence of transfer of care when she goes upstairs to be homeschooled by her father.

• C5.1 - Are healthy eating and nutritional habits promoted and practiced?Non-critical

  Observation. It was observed that a child was alone unpacking their lunch kit with the intention of eating, unbeknownst to the licensee was in the other room with the remainder of the children. It was observed that a child was consuming food while walking around the room.
