  Observation. It was observed by reviewing the records that the annual emergency plan has not been practiced.

  Observation. Some children's files are missing medical practitioner information. Please ensure all children's files are complete. There are no photos immediately accessible in the case of an emergency. Please ensure there are photos of each child readily available in the case of an emergency.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. Daily, monthly and annual play space inspection have not been completed and recorded. This is a repeat contravention.

  Observation. Some children's files are missing medical care card number, immunization status, and doctor or medical practitioner information. Please ensure all children's file are complete as per Section 57 of the Child Care Licensing Regulation.

  Observation. There is no evidence that monthly and annual play space inspections are completed. Licensing Officer will provide information from the Director of Licensing Standard of Practice for Safe Play Space.

• C1.2 - Does the licensee operate the facility in a manner that will promote the health, safety and dignity of persons in care?Non-critical

  Observation. Radon results have not been submitted. The Licensee has purchased a test kit and stated the kit will be deployed this week. Results will be submitted when the long term testing period is completed.

  Observation. Some child files are missing medical insurance plan numbers, immunization status, medical practitioner name and phone number.
