Observation. The Licensee's system to ensure the children do not have access to any objects or substances that may be hazardous appears to be ineffective. Licensing observed sharp objects, staff's personal bags, and other hygiene products accessible to the children that could cause harm to a child.

Observation. A couple of bolt ends are exposed on the play house. The downspout in the play area has sharp edges exposed. (This has been corrected during inspection) The cords in the Multi-Age room need to be made child safe to prevent entanglement or falling items.
