Submit by February 3, 2026, how you have addressed this requirement.

    Observation. Found one child record which is missing a personal health number. The Child Care Licensing Regulation requires the Licensee to keep current records for each child so that in the event of an emergency the Licensee has current personal information regarding the child.     Observation. The previously approved off-site activity plan for the under 36 months program is no longer being used, since the construction of the outdoor play area. Please submit an updated site plan outlining the outdoor play area which includes measurements of the outdoor play area.

  • C7.2 - Is there adequate and appropriate indoor and outdoor space, materials, and equipment?Critical

    Observation. Licensing observed two adult sized metal picnic tables set up in the middle of the outdoor play area which are not suitable for children under 36 months. Furthermore, there is currently no area for children who are crawling or learning to walk, apart from the concrete area.

  • C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

    Observation. Licensing observed the outdoor play equipment in the under 36 months program installed over concrete without any protective surfacing.
