  Observation. Found a staff member who did not have evidence of immunization status. As per Section 19 of CCLR, a Licensee must not employ a person until all required documents have been obtained. This was corrected during the inspection.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed the following: daily attendance, incident reports, emergency cards and children's files. A care plan for a new child was found to be missing during the inspection.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. During the inspection Licensing found laundry soap which was accessible to children. Licensing observed a stereo above the napping mats on a ledge with the cord dangling down. Reminder to ensure holes are filled in the outdoor play space.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. Upon Inspection of the School Age and 30 months to School Age outdoor play spaces it was noted that the sand and gravel around the climbing structures were inadequate. A slide in the 30 months to School Age program is unsafe and accessible to children.
