Observation. Found that the facility had stored materials between the two sets of emergency doors on the second floor. Storing items in an emergency exit can hinder the ability to evacuate the facility safely during an emergency. This was corrected during the inspection.

Observation. The Licensing Officer observed a boat in the play area with deteriorated, splintered wood and visible holes, posing a potential safety hazard to children in care.

Observation. The outdoor area requires maintenance of the grass and debris. There is a piece of equipment that is being over taken by the current overgrowth of the grass which can cause a tripping hazard.

Observation. Fire drills were missed for the month of May. Licensing reviewed after school pick up procedures and policies.
