  Observation. Upon review of the Outdoor Inspection and Maintenance Log it was noted that further regularly occurring maintenance and inspections require documentation. All child records, Minor Incident Log, Fire Drill practice log and Emergency Preparedness Plan practice log reviewed and determined to be complete and up-to-date.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. During inspection it was noted that the fridge temperature was above the 0-4 Celsius range allowable, reading approximately 5.5 degrees.

• C5.1 - Are healthy eating and nutritional habits promoted and practiced?Non-critical

  Observation. Upon discussion it was noted that the Licensee has not been providing information on snacks provided daily. Discussed options for documenting.
