  Observation. One child's record was missing their medical insurance plan number, as well as the name and telephone number of a medical practitioner. All children's records were missing a place to record any person who is not permitted access to the child. All records must be complete with the legislative requirements. A plan to ensure files are complete is required by the noted follow up date.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. The Licensee has a system for ensuring children's food is kept at a safe temperature by having all parents provide ice packs in lunch kits. The Licensing Officer tested the system by looking into lunch kits and found that not all lunch kits contained ice packs. A plan to ensure that all lunch kits will contain ice packs for safe food storage is required by the follow up date noted.
