    Observation. a plug with multiple cords plugged in was accessible with dangling cords near children play area with the potential to injure a child with hot water kettle. A photo was taken and provided to the facility.

    Corrective action. Ensure that the cords are inaccessible to children in care.

    Observation. LO observed and discussed the following with the Manager: The temperature in the main play area is not suitable for the children to play and sleep comfortably. Although the facility has a portable AC unit, it does not cool down the room enough to provide sufficient coverage.
