    Observation. There were no records for multiple months of fire drills in 2024-2025. The manager said they were practiced, however were not recorded.

    Corrective action. Manager said they will be recorded moving forward.

    Observation. Upon inspection there was an above ground pool added to the yard. The gate was self latching but did not have a lock.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Licensing Officer observed an unsecured electrical cord from a baby monitor within the reach of children in the nap room, posing a potential entanglement risk. Licensee removed the baby monitor from children's reach during the inspection.

    Corrective action. Ensure a safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
