  A licensee must establish a program to instruct children in, and to practise the rules of, health and hygiene. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff did not encourage or instruct children to wash hands prior to eating snack outside.

  Corrective action. The Manager confirmed the regular practice is to wash hands prior to meals and spoke with staff to ensure regular hand washing occurs

  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.

  Observation. Upon inspection, the following was observed: - Children in the School Age program were not signed out after morning drop off or signed in after school pick up - Some children were not signed in/out on various days

  Corrective action. Please ensure there is a record for each child indicating whether a child is absent, present, and the time of arrival and departure
