Observation. Files for 13 children were reviewed. Contact information for a doctor or medical clinic was not available in six files.
Corrective action. The manager will ensure that contact information for a doctor or a medical clinic is available for all children.

A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a) name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number and immunization status.
Observation. Files for 13 children were reviewed. A medical plan number was not available in four files.

Corrective action. the manager created the screen time policy and active play with the assistance of the Child Care Policies and Procedures Bulletin which was provided to the Manager By LO , copy of the policy was placed in policy book , no further action is required.

Observation. In the group child care (30mos -SA) bathroom, licensing observed 3 toilet seats to be discolored with other visible marks/chips around the surface.
Corrective action. Please ensure furniture, equipment and fixtures within it the community care facility are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance

Observation. The Manager could not produce a copy of the facility's active play and screen-time policy. This is a repeat contravention from inspection #KTKK-C7TT2S and #EGAU-CMXR4V.
