  Observation. Files for 13 children were reviewed. Contact information for a doctor or medical clinic was not available in six files.

  Corrective action. The manager will ensure that contact information for a doctor or a medical clinic is available for all children.

  Observation. Files for 13 children were reviewed. A medical plan number was not available in four files.

  A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (d) written policies and procedures that are intended to guide employees in the care and supervision of children. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): screen time policy/ active play policy not available

  Corrective action. the manager created the screen time policy and active play with the assistance of the Child Care Policies and Procedures Bulletin which was provided to the Manager By LO , copy of the policy was placed in policy book , no further action is required.

  A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.

  Observation. In the group child care (30mos -SA) bathroom, licensing observed 3 toilet seats to be discolored with other visible marks/chips around the surface.

  Corrective action. Please ensure furniture, equipment and fixtures within it the community care facility are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance

  Corrective action. Please ensure policies are on-site.

  A licensee must keep, for each child requiring extra support, a current care plan showing the following information: (a) the diagnoses relevant to the child's requirement for extra support, as made by health care professionals.

  Observation. there appears to be insufficient information on allergy care plan to guide and direct staff actions, the signs and symptoms information necessary to make a educated decision is not available to the staff

  Corrective action. please ensure that each child's specific signs and symptoms of allergies are documented on the care plans to ensure staff are fully informed as to what to expect with each child's reactions to the allergen.
