    Observation. C5.1G - Regulation 48(6) - If food is provided to any children there is a snack sheet to document the date, time, and reason however the specific food provided is not documented. Supplemental food options for full Pro-D days was also discussed. Please advise how food provided will be logged and information made available to parents. Additional information has been provided with this report.

  • C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

    Observation. C3.1C - Regulation 19 - Two staff files were observed today with incorrect criminal record checks. One check was addressed to a different organization and the other was and RCMP check which is not accepted by licensing. A health and safety plan is required for the staff with the RCMP check until an accepted criminal record check is obtained. Additional information has been provided with this report. C3.1N - Regulation 23(1)(b) - Upon review of child records today a child has a noted allergy/sensitivity that the staff were unaware of. Please identify what systems have been implemented to ensure all staff are aware of each child's medical condition.

  • C2.1 - Are written policies and procedures in place to guide employees in all matters regarding the care and supervision of children?Non-critical

    Observation. C2.1A - Regulation 22(1)(a) - Upon inspection today the fire extinguishers are overdue for servicing. Fire extinguishers must be professionally inspected and tagged annually.
