Observation. On review of 2 staff files, the manager's file was missing a current criminal record check clearance. Manager said that the Licensee contact said they had it online
Corrective action. Please ensure documentation is available on site for review. Staff should not be working with children without CRC clearance

Observation. Observed fire drill record for February was not complete and the drill had not been conducted. All other records in place. Manager said she will practice the drill this month.
Corrective action. Please ensure emergency procedures are followed by way of practice as required.

Observation. Licensing reviewed five children's files and observed two to be missing some information: Emergency contact; enrolment date; photos of the child;immnization status; medical plan #.
Corrective action. Please ensure child records are complete and kept up to date. All other records were complete.

Observation. Walk through of the classroom, it was noted that a large shelf measuring over 3 feet in height is not secured and could cause injury if falls.
Corrective action. Please ensure all shelving over 3 feet in height is secured, and the storage of materials is done so in a safe manner.
