  A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

  Observation. During a walk through the outdoor playground it was noted that under 3 of the large climbing equipment that the resilient surfacing, in this case bark mulch, has depleted in such a way that the depth is no longer meeting the manufacturer's requirement nor the Child Care Licensing Regulations/Director of Licensing's Standards of Practise for safe play space.

  Corrective action. The manager will ensure that the resilient surfacing is suffient enough based on manufacturer's requirements, and CCFL requirements

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Audit of staff checklist revealed one staff missing information providing evidence that a criminal record check has been obtained and is valid
