• RECORDS AND REPORTING

  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (f) any medication administered to the child, including the amount and the time at which the medication was administered.

  Observation. No record showing the amount and time that a medication was administered to a child.

  Corrective action. Senior staff states that child enrolled does not receive medications while in care, however registration information states they should be receiving medication while in care; registration information will be updated
