  Observation. It was found that the facility lacked emergency supplies to prepare for, mitigate, respond to, and recover from an emergency. The Child Care Licensing Regulation requires an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to, and recover from any emergency.   Observation. It was found that the staff files were missing information, such as criminal record checks, which were being kept in the human resources office outside of the child care facility. The Child Care Licensing Regulation requires that facility records, child records, and care plans be kept in a single location at the facility. Please submit, by November 18, 2025, documentation outlining how you have addressed the requirement to keep facility records at the facility location.

• C5.1 - Are healthy eating and nutritional habits promoted and practiced?Non-critical

  Observation. It was observed that the menu posted for parents, outlining the food provided to the children, was missing the current week. The Child Care Licensing Regulation requires that information about the food and drink provided to children be made available to parents. Please submit, by November 11, 2025, documentation outlining how you have addressed the requirement to inform parents about the food and drink provided to children.
