  Observation. Found an expired educator's certificate and one staff member's certificate was not posted as required. As per Section 11 of CCLR, licensee must display educator's certificates in a prominent place. Submit by May 20, 2026, how you have addressed this requirement. Found the under 36 month program using the dedicated space for the 30 months to school age program. The space used for the 30 months to school age program has 36.5m2 total, which is enough space for 9 children. The licence is required to be updated to reflect the capacity of 9 children for the 30 months to school age program or increase the program room to meet the current licensed capacity. As per Section 10 of CCLR, Licensees must notify immediately of any change in the information provided in the application. Submit, by May 27, 2026, how you have addressed this requirement.

• C2.1 - Are written policies and procedures in place to guide employees in all matters regarding the care and supervision of children?Non-critical

  Observation. The facility’s staff were unaware where emergency supplies were located, if an evacuation occurred. Lack of emergency supplies or knowledge where emergency supplies are located, can lead to dehydration and increased distress among children, potentially impacting their overall health and safety. Submit, by May 20, 2026, how you have addressed this requirement. The facility had not recorded fire drill practice for the month of April. This was corrected during inspection.

  Observation. Found two children's emergency cards lack written consent from a parent to call an ambulance or medical practitioner. In the event of an emergency regarding a child in care, the Licensee is required to have written permission to call a medical practitioner or ambulance from the parent. Submit, by May 20, 2026, how you have addressed this requirement.

  Observation. Licensing Officer found the facility had switch the programs to opposite sides without notifying Licensing. An updated floor plan is required to ensure there is enough space for each of the programs. Reminder to ensure all educators and assistants certificates are posted.
