Observation. The licensing officer found children's registration forms lacked written consent from the parent to call an ambulance. Additionally, there were a couple of children's files missing immunization status and personal health number on the emergency card. In the event of an emergency regarding a child in care, the licensee is required to have written permission from the parent to call a medical practitioner or ambulance and have all the current personal information regarding the child. Submit by August 26, 2025, how you have addressed the requirement to have all the personal information and consent from parents.

Observation. The licensing officer found supplies hampering the fire exit door. Fire exits must remain unobstructed and accessible at all times to ensure children can be evacuated quickly and safely.
