    Observation. Cleaning supplies were accessible to children. Correct during inspection. No cover on the sandbox. Ensure there is a separate sleep area located away from any activity area referring to the back building Multi-age room.

    Observation. Licensing reviewed past records and found the facility was out of compliance from September-March 15, 2022. The facility is currently in compliance with Schedule E. Licensing educated licensee on applying for a temporary placement exemption for more than 3 children under 36 months old.

    Observation. Licensing observed cleaning supplies and a razor that was accessible to children. This was corrected during inspection. Licensing observed the outdoor climber to have some damage/broken pieces. Licensing observed the back gate in the outdoor play area cannot be properly closed or secured due to recent renovations.

    Observation. Please ensure you are practicing and recording fire drills every month. LO reviewed COVID policies and procedures.

    Observation. LO reviewed the requirements for child records, including immunization statements instead of immunization records. Licensee does not have a system for maintaining children's information/photo to be used in an emergency. LO educated the licensee on the requirements.

    Observation. Please restrict access to furnace/laundry room, which may be hazardous. Please ensure cleaning sprays are put up or away, so children do not have access to it.
