    Corrective action. The manager posted her name during this inspection.

    Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that (a) children attending a community care facility are divided into groups, with each group having no more children than that permitted in Schedule E.

    Observation. Care is provided to more than 24 children in one group when children in kindergarten and Grade one are present. This is repeat noncompliance and was noted on Routine Inspection #WBET-DEGVGW dated March 5, 2026.

    Corrective action. The manager will ensure that if children in kindergarten or Grade 1 are present the group size will be no more than 24 children in one room and any other children will be cared for in another room.

    Observation. The manager was unable to locate the facility copy of the Community Care & Assisted Living Act, the Child Care Licensing Regulation or the facility policies that are required by Licensing.

    Corrective action. The manager will ensure all staff have access the copies of the legislation and the facility policies and are trained in how to implement them.
