    A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment].

    Observation. Fire Extinguishers appear to not have been serviced since the program opened, which is more than one year

    Corrective action. Manager will ensure the extinguishers are serviced; and continue annually from here on

    Observation. Manager stated that they are behind in recording fire drills for this program

    Observation. During a walkthrough of the premise, it was noted that the fire extinguisher is overdue for servicing by 3 months

    Corrective action. Manager will ensure all emergency equipment has been serviced to ensure proper working order

    Observation. Audit of staff files revealed that they contain a RCMP criminal record check, and not a site specific criminal record check conducted by the CRRP in Victoria

    Corrective action. Manager will ensure that all staff have valid and site specific CRC letters on site, or documentation of the expiry date on staffing checklist
