Corrective action. After discussion, this was corrected

A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.

Observation. On at least five dates reviewed, there was no record of children who were absent.

Corrective action. Licensee will consider a plan, and provide a written response.

A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The outdoor area contained a metal wire from the fence sticking out of the ground.

Corrective action. This was corrected during the inspection.
