  Observation. Child registration records were reviewed at random. One care card number was found to be missing. The Child Care Licensing Regulation requires that a licensee keep a record of each child's medical insurance plan number to ensure preparedness in the event of a medical emergency. Licensing must receive written confirmation that this contravention has been corrected no later than July 2, 2025.

  Observation. One staff file requires immunization status and evidence of references checked.

  Observation. A random sample of child registration records was reviewed. Enrolment dates were not recorded for all children in care. Some required staff records were not available on site for review. Please ensure all records required by section 59(a) of the CCLR are kept on site during child care hours.

  Observation. Fire drill record could not be located at time of inspection. Please ensure a record indicating a minimum of one fire drill per month is practiced by all employees. A record of annual emergency plan practice/review has not been kept. Please create a record to ensure compliance with section 56(c) of the Child Care Licensing Regulation.
