  Observation. Child registration records were reviewed at random. Some records require enrolment date, doctor's name/phone number or signed emergency consent. The record of annual emergency plan review could not be located at time of inspection.

• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. Staffing records were reviewed. The licensee has not obtained a resume, references and immunization status for one staff member.

• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. Child records were reviewed at random. Some information identified as being missing include care card numbers, emergency contact (other than parent) and dates of enrolment. A system must be implemented to ensure all of the required information has been received prior to a child attending. One staff criminal record clearance letter was not available for review on site at time of inspection. All required staff records must be kept at the community care facility.
