  Observation. No drill sheet was posted in the facility confirming fire drill each month and emergency plan (earthquake) drill is practiced at least once each year.

  Observation. At today's inspection a homemade Monkey Bar structure was observed. This structure measured 5.1 feet from bars to the ground. There was less than 1 inch of wood chip material underneath. There was less than a 6 foot clearance zone around the structure.

  Observation. Cleaning supplies were stored in an unlocked cupboard under the sink in the washroom. Staff had pushed a stool in front to prevent access.
