    Observation. Manager requested more time to resolve non-compliances. At the recent routine inspection, Licensing observed the following in the outdoor play area: - throughout the playground large pieces of black tarp are exposed causing a tripping hazard for children.

    Observation. An inspection of the North facing "dirt hill" area of the outdoor play area revealed several hazards. A metal spike was observed sticking out of the soil. Landscaping material is sticking out of the soil creating tripping hazards. Tree roots are creating tripping hazards.
