    Observation. There are several wood features on the playground that are very slippery due to continued exposure to winter conditions. Children have access to the stumps / logs and can climb on these items, however it is likely to believe that the risk of slipping is high and when falling possible injury on adjacent wood features is possible due to proximity.

    Observation. There is a large black board on the east wall of the yard, that is cracked and has sharp edges. There are several items against the fence that create opportunity to climb the fence ( pallet, large planter, plastic crates). The wood stumps that are partially covered by wood chips are slippery and because they are not obvious, could be a fall hazard. Neither gate is self closing. Wood chip layer very thin in some places.
