  Observation. Licensing observed that the fire evacuation diagram was not posted.

  Corrective action. Ensure a copy of the fire drill system is displayed in a prominent place.

• Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that the ratio of employees to children attending a community care facility is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.

  Observation. Licensing observed an ECE and a Responsible Adult with 16 children. Manager stated that the staff schedule was that an ECE opened at 8:00, one RA joined at 8:30, a second ECE was scheduled to start at 9:00 am.

  Corrective action. Ensure the ratio of employees to children attending the community care facility is no less than Schedule E.
