• In respect of a record referred to in this Division, a licensee must (c) produce records, on demand, to the medical health officer.

  Observation. Licensing was unable to review staff/children or facility files as the cupboard in which these were located was locked.

  Corrective action. Ensure records are produced to the Medical Health Officer upon request.

  Observation. Licensing audited five children's files of which one was missing the name and telephone number of a medical practitioner.

  Corrective action. Ensure for each child, a record is kept showing the name and telephone number of a medical practitioner.
