On November 21, 2024, Licensing requested an updated activity plan for Licensing to review. Licensing has not received a plan to date. The staff stated they continued to take the children on walks around the neighbourhood.

  Corrective action. Ensure Licensing is notified of any changes made to under Section 9.

Staff stated that the door to the entrance was not being used at this time and that the entance to the Group Child Care (30 months to School Age) was being shared. Licensing observed the Group Child Care (under 36 months) program leaving the facility using the Group Child Care (30 months to School Age) entrance.

  Corrective action. Ensure children attending a community care facility are divided into groups, with each group having no more children than that permitted in Schedule E.
