    Observation. Staff stated at the last Routine dated November 18, 2024 that the designated onsite playspace was not used by the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age). On November 21, 2024, Licensing requested an updated activity plan for Licensing to review. Licensing has not received a plan to date. The staff stated they continued to take the children on walks around the neighbourhood.

    Corrective action. Ensure Licensing is notified of any changes made to under Section 9.

Licensing observed the Group Child Care (under 36 months) program leaving the facility using the Group Child Care (30 months to School Age) entrance.

    Corrective action. Ensure children attending a community care facility are divided into groups, with each group having no more children than that permitted in Schedule E.
