Observation. Licensing reviewed seven children's files. One file did not contain consent to release the child to someone other than the parent.
Corrective action. Ensure written consent is obtained to release the child to someone other than the parent.
3070 - CCLR 57(3)(b) - A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner (doctor's name and number does not apply to REC only) and emergency contact
Observation. Licensing reviewed seven children's files. Two files did not contain a medical practitioner and one file did not have an emergency contact. Emergency contact information was corrected during the inspection.
Corrective action. Ensure a record is kept for each child showing a medical practitioner name and contact number and an emergancy contact.

Observation. Licensing observed that the emergency plan was not posted.
