Observation. Licensing observed that a certificate for an Early Childhood Educator and a certificate for an Early Childhood Educator Assistant was not displayed in a prominent place at the community care facility.
Corrective action. Ensure that certificate for an educator and assistant is displayed in a prominent place.

Observation. Licensing audited six children's files, six files were missing a record showing persons not permitted access to a child.
