    Observation. Licensing oberved an ITE and an RA with nine children at the time of inspection. Manager stated that the ECE was moved to another location around noon this date and that the RA was replacing the ECE.

    Corrective action. Ensure ratio of staff the children is no less than in schedule E.

    Observation. Licensing audited two of three staff files; of which one ECE and one ECEA certificate had not been verified. This item was corrected at the time of inspection.

    Corrective action. Ensure a person is not employed in a community care facility as an educator or an assistant unless the person holds a certificate which must be verified by the licensee using a system established and maintained by the director of the early childhood educator registry.
