    Observation. Licensing observed a corrective action plan for lead in water was not followed. Manager stated they flushed the water for two minutes but did not record it. Manager stated children did not drink water from the bathroom tap, and they refilled children's water bottle from kitchen tap.

    Corrective action. Ensure to operate the community care facility in a manner that will promote the health, safety & dignity of persons in care.

    Observation. Licensee stated they refilled children's water bottle from kitchen tap. Licensing observed the facility had no record of lead in water test result from the kitchen tap.

    Corrective action. Ensure safe drinking water is available to children.

    Observation. Licensing audited six children's file. One file was missing the record of immunization status, and two files were missing the record of medical insurance number.

    Corrective action. Ensure to obtain the missing immunization record and medical insurance number for all child's file.

    Corrective action. Ensure a record is kept for each child showing the name and telephone number for a medical practitioner.
