  Observation. A child's file/record is missing contact information for a medical practitioner.

  Observation. There is a tear in the change pad used for diapering and cannot be properly cleaned.

• C1.1 - Does the licensee continually inform licensing of any significant changes to the structure or operation of the facility?Critical

  Observation. Licensing observed changes in progress to the outside play yard during the inspection. Licensing must be notified of any changes to the facility (both inside and outside) from what was originally submitted during the licence application process. For changes to the outside play yard, a health and safety plan was needed which addressed how children in care will still receive regular play times outside and/or fresh air while continuing to ensure their health and safety. As well, a new site plan was requested that shows any changes to the outside play yard once completed.

  Observation. - A way to ensure that the temperature of the fridge does not exceed 4C was needed. This practice is to ensure safe food storage and prevent food borne illness. - A cleaning spray bottle was found to be accessible to the children. *Resolved during the inspection.
