  Observation. Licensing observed the following: *Air refresher spray placed on top of the storage shelf in the children's bathroom- accessible to children. *Dyson vacuum placed leaning against the storage shelf, posing a safety hazard if this vacuum falls onto a child. This observation was shared with the program manager. Discussed finding an alternative space to store these cleaning supplies.

  Observation. During today's visit, Licensing observed the children using the play structure intended for the School Age children (K-G7). Note that equipment for preschool children must be no more than 5 feet in height. This observation was shared with the program manager and Licensing requested a plan.

• LICENSING / Posting and Advertising of License and CertificateNon-critical

  The licence is displayed in a prominent place in the facility, including any terms or conditions of the licence, and including the name of the manager. [CCLR Sec. 11(1)(2); CCALA Sec.7(c)]

  Observation. The program has appointed a new manager however their name is not reflected on a Licence.

No violations recorded at this inspection.

• STAFFING / Character and skill requirementsNon-critical

  Prior to employing staff the manager has met with each person and has obtained the appropriate documentation. [CCLR Sec. 19(1)]

  Observation. Not all staff files were on site and there was not a child care staff list. Therefore Licensing was unable to confirm if the Manager had contained the appropriate documentation.

  Staff are trained in the implementation of the fire drill system and the emergency plan, including the use of any equipment noted in the fire drill system and emergency plan. [CCLR Sec. 22(2)(a)]

  Observation. Licensing observed that the fire extinguisher required a service as of 22/06/11
