    Observation. The outdoor space has some areas that require repair or replacement - the ground coverage is peeling and coming apart, the perimeter garden requires replanting, the climber is showing signs of wear is not age appropriate for both groups that use this space, for both groups to use the outdoor area at the same time it must be separated and both sides must be age and developmentally appropriate. It is also strongly recommended that new storage be installed that does not block windows and allows natural light into the rooms.

    Observation. Observation: Upon review of children's files, a few were missing immunization information and one is missing emergency contact that is in addition to parent. It was also observed that attendance was not accurate, while this was corrected during inspection, as discussed LO recommends that a process be in place to ensure that attendance is accurate at all times.

    The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

    Observation. Licensing observed that the vinyl mats used for staff to sit on had ripped corners exposing the foam underneath. This poses a sanitizing challenge. A discussion was held with the staff to replace or repair the mats (e.g duct tape corners).

The rope had become loose with ample slack presenting a choking hazard. 2) Christmas lights in a tree with loose ends at child's height.
