  Observation. At the start of the inspection, 14 children were in the care of one Educator. Another Educator arrived, bringing the facility into compliance with staff-to-child ratios and group size requirements. A discussion occurred regarding this, and the Manager noted that there are usually fewer children in the morning, and staff scheduling reflects the regular routine.

  Observation. A spray bottle of sanitizer solution was observed on a shelf, within reach of children. Discussion took place regarding the storage and placement of the sanitizer solution. Licensing requested a second bottle specifically for washroom.
