The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction. They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]
Observation. Noted that there is a patch of damage (paint missing, dry wall torn) along the west side of the art sink and below the counter on the kitchen side related to a previous leak. Also noted there are chips in paint and dry wall below the art sink on the activity side from wear and tear, west of where the stool is placed.
