    Observation. Licensing observed a staff member holding a child in one arm while guiding other children to wash their hands and handing out paper towels to children in the washroom. This practice poses a safety risk.

    A healthy and safe environment is provided at all times [CCLR Sec. 13(1)].

    Observation. Licensing observed the following items during today's visit: *Baby Nest and Toddler Reef room: - the caulking around the toilet bowl base is moldy, which poses hygienic concerns as it can harbor bacteria. *Baby Burrow and Toddler Den room: - Several rugs and mats have visible stains and dirt. *Baby Burrow and Toddler Den room: - Toilet paper was not made available within the children's reach.

    Observation. Licensing observed that the emergency food and water supplies were expired in March 2025 (water) and April 2025 (food).

    Observation. Licensing officer noted 2 children sleeping in playpens were not directly supervised. Stuffy toys were left in the playpens after children had fallen a sleep.
