Observation. The manager submitted a gross motor program policy specifically for the use of the studio room. The program states that the studio will be used exclusively for active play curricula; however, during today's visit, Licensing observed that during the music and movement class, children in the studio were drawing with paper and pen, and only a few children were actively participating in the music and movement program.

Observation. Licensing observed the following items during today's visit: *JK1 Meadow: no toilet paper was made available to children in all three toilet stalls. *JK1 Coast: there is a hole in the wall exposing foam, the hole is within access of the children and children's hand can get caught in it.

Decay on playground wood caused by moisture or fungi, can significantly weaken the structure, increasing the risk of accidents and structural failure. - a metal pipe sticking out from a concrete wall had sharp edges and was accessible to children
