  The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

  Observation. Licensing observed the following: - The children’s handwashing sink in the Main Room is detaching from the wall and moves when touched. - The condition of the children’s washrooms included grime around toilet bases in the Main Room and Middle Room, a wall above the children’s handwashing sink in the Main Room that needs repair where a previous soap dispenser was removed, and an overall need for cleaning of floors, walls, and other surfaces. - Build-up of wet leaves on outdoor play equipment, including higher-risk areas such as equipment stairs, is creating slippery surfaces.
