Daily inspections of the play space for garbage, broken glass, animal feces and other hazardous items have not been done. ; Monthly detailed inspections of the play space have not been conducted, including a check of the landscaping and fencing and overall condition of equipment to ensure that they do not pose any hazards to children.
Observation. The Licensee confirmed to Licensing that outdoor safety checks were not recorded for the year; however, the Licensee stated that the yard has been checked prior to children playing outdoors.
