Observation. Licensing observed a cord for an air conditioning unit located in the designated nap room. The cord was hanging loosely and poses a risk of entanglement.

Observation. Licensing observed two children missing photographs for their records. Licensing observed nine children documented on a daily sign in/out form when ten children were in care. Sign in/ out records were observed to be inaccurate and incomplete.
